Itinerary
Board your overnight flight to Cairo (Sunday, September 20, 2026). Book a round-trip flight from your Departure city to Cairo (CAI) on September 20, 2026 and your return flight from Cairo (CAI) on September 27, 2026.
Cairo
Cairo, the capital of Egypt, is a city of immense historical, cultural, and political significance. Cairo is considered the cultural heart of the Arab world, with a vibrant arts scene, bustling bazaars, and a historic film and music industry

Transfer to the hotel. Rest and get ready for our Nights Over Egypt Welcome Event with DJ Sean Legend.
Day 2: Giza Pyramids & Sphinx – Optional ATV (Tuesday, September 22, 2026)
Included Meals: Breakfast and Lunch
After breakfast, we will be met by the tour guide to start our first day tour by visiting Pyramids of Giza “Khufu, Khafre & Menkaure”, where the greatness has been embodied in three pyramids with a limestone statue of Sphinx guarding the whole area.
We will then proceed to one of the local restaurants to have lunch then proceed to The Egyptian Museum which has more than 250,000 pieces displaying a rare collection of Egyptian art Over 5,000 years, as well as Tutankhamen room which has treasures, jewelry and gold which was enclosed in his tomb over 3500 years before it was discovered in 1920 when his tomb was excavated. Camel Ride is also included.
Optional ATV riding at the Sahara Desert will take place this afternoon (Either before or after lunch).

Aswan
Aswan is a captivating city in southern Egypt, steeped in history and surrounded by stunning natural beauty. Aswan is a busy market and tourist center located just north of the Aswan Dam on the east bank of the Nile at the first cataract.
Cruise: Blue Shadow Cruise
Day 3: Fly to Aswan (Wednesday, September 23, 2026)
Included Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Check out of the hotel and the representative will meet us to transfer to the Cairo airport to take our 1 hour flight to Aswan.
Upon arrival at the Aswan airport, we will join the tour guide to discover the great city of Aswan, we will enjoy sailing on the Nile River by a motorboat until we reach Agilika Island, where we will visit Temple of Philae, which was erected during the Gaeco-Roman period and was dedicated to Goddess Isis (mother of God Horus).
Finally, we will be escorted to visit one of the marvelous sightseeing in Aswan, after finishing the day tour, we will transfer to the Nile cruise on board the Blue Shadow Cruise for check in and overnight.
Dinner will be served on board the ship.
Day 4: Aswan Cruise (Thursday, September 24, 2026)
Included Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Breakfast will be served on board the ship. After breakfast, we will join the tour guide to visit one of the most wonderful temples in Egypt, Temple of Kom Ombo, where the two gods Sobek & Haroeris were worshipped for a while. After the tour, we will enjoy lunch on the sun deck of the ship, watching the unique landscape of the great river Nile.
Afternoon lunch, we will enjoy chariot riding to Temple of Horus in Edfu, which is one of the most well-preserved temples in Egypt. After finishing your tour, we will be transferred back to your ship.
Dinner will be served on board the ship.
Enjoy the Egyptian Folkloric Show party operated by staff on board.
Luxor
Luxor, often called the “world’s greatest open-air museum,” is a city in Upper Egypt built on the site of ancient Thebes, one of the most powerful and wealthy cities of antiquity. The city is framed by the Nile, desert landscapes, and towering monuments.
Cruise: Blue Shadow Cruise
Day 5: Luxor Cruise (Friday, September 25, 2026)
We will then proceed to visit Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari. This temple is considered one of the most wonderful examples of the Architecture in ancient Egypt, because it was totally carved inside the mountain.
At the end of the tour, we will visit Colossi of Memnon, which belongs to king Amenhotep III. After that we will return to the ship to have lunch. Afternoon, free at your leisure.
We will enjoy the Karnak Light Show this evening.
Dinner and overnight on the cruise.
An Optional Hot Air Ballon excursion will occur this morning. After the excursion, everyone will check out and we will enjoy a tour discovering the East Bank of Luxor, including the most wonderful Karnak Temples Complex, which is considered to be the biggest complex construction in the world covering an area of a hundred.
We will finish our lovely tour in the Temple of Luxor, built by one of the kings of the 12th dynasty & completed by the well-known king Ramses II.
After finishing our day tour, we will be transferred to Luxor airport to fly back to Cairo. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Cairo at the St. Regis Cairo.
Enjoy your last evening in Cairo.
Day 7: Depart Cairo to Home (Sunday, September 27, 2026)

Egypt Entry Requirements
PASSPORT VALIDITY: Must have six months validity
BLANK PASSPORT PAGES: At least one blank page
TOURIST VISA REQUIRED: Yes. $25 upon entry at the airport

Passport and Visas:
U.S. citizens must have a visa to enter Egypt.
U.S. citizens can obtain a renewable single-entry 30-day tourist visa on arrival at Egyptian airports for a 25 USD fee. A multiple entry visa is also obtainable for 60 USD. (U.S Citizens holding a diplomatic or official passport require an official visa prior to travel if the purpose is work-related. Official travelers should not attempt to enter on a non-official passport.)
The Government of Egypt has created a website for the issuance of “e-visas.” There are other websites purporting to offer electronic visas, some of which reportedly charge double the official price, but this is the only official Government of Egypt portal for this service. U.S. citizens and the citizens of 44 other countries are eligible to apply through this means in advance of their travel.
Egyptian immigration officials occasionally have denied entry to travelers without explanation.
U.S. citizens who have experienced difficulty with their visa status in Egypt or are concerned about their eligibility for a visa upon arrival should apply for a visa at an Egyptian embassy or consulate prior to travel, but a visa obtained prior to entry does not guarantee admission to Egypt.
Visas for gainful employment or study in Egypt must be obtained prior to travel.

This is necessary as we have non-refundable contracts with our suppliers and vendors to ensure you have an awesome trip!
**THERE IS A STANDARD TWINKONNECTIONS ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OF $100 PER PERSON ADDED ONTO ALL HOTEL FEES AND CANCELLATIONS**
Initial deposits are refundable up to 24 hours after time/date of registration, after the 24-hour timeframe your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE. Monthly Payments Are Required. Full payment or Final Payment for this trip will need to be completed on or before July 20, 2026.
If you cancel your trip at any time after the 1st payment has been made you will need to file a claim with your insurance provider to reclaim any funds paid towards your trip.
